   • There was a brief discussion of ground rules for this year's meetings
   
   
2. Information Packet-Update and Discussion: Pam Chvilicek
   • Discussion was tabled until after the committee meeting.
   
   
3. Rules and SOP's: All
   • Everyone please review changes for your board position before next meeting. Suggestion was made to revise SOP from last year's description
   
   
4. Distribution List: Pam Chvilicek
   • Several distribution lists exist but they are not convenient to use.
   • Discussion pointed out that there is need for several lists depending on its purpose such as:

     WiSE TAG Membership list Prospective members

     Contact persons working at companies employing technicians

     Milwaukee ACS contacts

     National ACS contacts

   • Membership chairman Cathy Hinkfuss will call a meeting with John Conlon, Allen Pinchard and Lisa Hempel to decide action.
   
   
5. Initiative Updates:
   • Career Fair: John Engelman/Allen Pinchard
     • Fair will be held February 12, 2004 at Memorial Hall
     • WiSE TAG volunteers are Allen Pinchard, John Engelman, John Conlon and Cathy Hinkfuss
     
     
   • Brewery dinner/Tour and Admirals Game: Lisa Hempel/ Pam Chvilicek
     • Event will be February 28 beginning at 4:00 at Water Street Brewery.
     • Cost for members will be $25.00 and others will be $30.00.
     • Game will start at 7:00 and game only tickets will be $15.00.
     • There will be a brief discussion about benefits of being a WiSE TAG member and invitation to join.
     
     
   • Resume Writing and Interviewing Skills: Lisa Hempel/Pinchard
     • Dr. Holmberg, Parkside University instructor, has asked to hold the seminar in spring semester.
     • We can request program topics to suit our needs.
     • Board decided to hold the event closer to May.
     
     
   • PBS Channel 10 Auction: Allen Pinchard
     • The auction needs help on April 24th from 3:00 to 7:30. This day is the Art Work Event.
     • We have a choice of what activity we would like to do to help
     • Enroll by 2/15 and we can bring a friend , spouse or other helper.
     • We may not use articles, such as hats or shirts, that would identify WiSE TAG members. PBS also holds 5 other money raising events and we could use WiSE TAG identifying articles while helping.
   • "Chemistry of the Hot Pepper"/Dinner: Lisa Hempel
     • It was suggested to hold this event after summer due to timing of the Resume Writing class.
     
     
   • "Making of Fireworks" Picnic/Presentation: Lisa Hempel /Allen Pinchard
     • Allen has contacted Barry Brunnow but needs to find out where and when the event can be held.
     • Discussion tabled until further information is gathered.
     
     
   • Anything further long term initiatives?

6. Amalgamator articles are due April 1 for May issue.
