   6. Awards Dinner" initiative: Mike Neumann
      Discussion about types of awards and future recognition awards, such as Technician of the Year of Regional Section and Milwaukee ACS awards to teachers, etc,. followed.
      1. To choose: start early 6 months before local award meeting,
      2. Candidates would be judged by non-members
      3. Mike Neumann will form a committee of chair elect and Mike to plan for future award events.
   
   
   
2. Current Initiative Updates:
   1. PBS Channel 10 Auction: Allen Pinchard
      1. April 24th Saturday 3:00 meet for ½ hour training
      2. Discussion followed about get together afterwards.
      3. Motion for $50.00 for After Auction thank you gift or celebration Motion passed
      
      
   2. Resume Writing and Interviewing Skills: Allen Pinchard
      1. Scheduled for 7:30 May 5, 2004 at JMBA main club room
      2. WiSE TAG members are free and non-members $6 applied as membership dues for current year.
      3. Advertising out to all technical schools and technicians in other companies.
      4. Speaker will be given a gift basket and an honorarium certificate as a thank you.
      5. Need approval to use JMBA
      6. Cathy Hinkfuss and Judy Huffman will provide treats.
   
   
3. Treasury Report: John Conlon
   1. Milwaukee ACS reimbursed WiSE TAG for expenses
   2. Two new members have paid dues. Membership is up to 20 now.
   
   
4. Great Lakes Regional and National ACS Meeting Updates: Cathy Hinkfuss
   1. At National meeting all past Presidents will be honored
   2. Speaker is needed for general meeting.
   3. Regional meeting - no report
   
   
5. Strategic Planning Update: Cathy Hinkfuss
   1. Purpose: give the organization the overall long range plan with details based on National, Local and Technical Divisions plans.
   2. Committee: Past, Present and Chair-elect
   3. Draft Plan was reviewed and suggestions made for changes.
   4. Committees will fill out their portion with plans for coming year and present to Board for approval.
   5. Discussion followed about plan's time table and Chairman's responsibilities
   
   
6. Other Items: Pam Chvilicek
   1. Membership Dues and pro-rating for remainder of year.
   2. Ideas discussed and noted that $2.00 must be paid to Local ACS
   3. Distribution List - Any needs?
   4. Membership list from John Conlon including name ,address, phone number and e-mail address
